ABOUT MY ORDER

Once your order has been processed by our team, you will receive an email to track your order in real time and find out the delivery date.

We do not have the possibility to modify your order. We invite you to place your order again and send an e-mail to customer service.

ABOUT DELIVERY

Delivery times are approximately 10 to 15 working days.

The delivery costs are 9.99€.

ABOUT PAYMENTS

When you purchase online using your credit card all of your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our payment service provider's network where your card and transaction are authorised and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers at all.

We accept all major credit cards. However, we do not accept cheques, money orders or bank transfers.

The SOFA CLUB subscription allows you to take advantage of a gift shop with dozens of products at privileged rates.

The SOFA CLUB subscription is charged at €25.50 per month.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the Manage my subscription section of this website.
